FORMALITIES

AUTHORISATION TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY FOR FRENCH MINERS OR MINERS RESIDENT IN FRANCE:
Since 15 January 2017, a minor unaccompanied by at least one of his parents, will no longer be able to leave France without authorisation to leave the country. Authorisation to leave the country can be provided through a form to be filled out and signed that can be downloaded from http://service-public.fr (form Cerfa N°15646*01).
The person accompanying the miner on one of our flights leaving France, must present in addition to the usual travel documents:
- The authorisation to leave the country form, duly completed and signed by one of the parents having parental authority.
- The photocopy of the valid ID of the signatory parent (national identity card or passport).
- If the signatory does not have the same last name as the miner, a photocopy of the family record book or a birth certificate attesting to the parentage will be required.
We request that you also contact the airline you will be travelling with to find out their specific conditions.
